Balazs? Yes, it’s tricky to pronounce, and yes, I get asked about it all the time—usually before anyone even says, “How are you?” But don’t worry, I’ve made it easy for you: it’s pronounced… “BÄL-äsh. [ˈbɒlaːʒ].” Clear as mud? Great, let’s move on!
I’m originally from Hungary, but London has been my home for over a decade now. It’s also where I discovered my addiction to photography—and coffee. Honestly, the two go hand in hand. I’ve been capturing life’s magic moments for over 7 years, and it’s still my favorite thing to do (well, that and finding new ways to justify another cup of coffee).
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll probably find me travelling the world with my fiancée. In fact, if you scroll down, you’ll see the moment I proposed to her in Norway—it’s one of my favourite shots ever. I’m incredibly grateful to her; she pushes me, inspires me, and without her, I wouldn’t be where I am today.
Creating memories like that is what I live for, whether it’s for couples in love, moody cinematic photos in breathtaking locations, or just documenting the beauty of everyday life.

My approach to weddings
I like to think of myself as a wedding ninja—most of the time, you won’t even notice I’m there, quietly capturing all the real, unscripted moments. But when it’s time for the couple photos, I’ll step in (not so ninja-like) to make sure you look your best—without the stiff, awkward poses. I’ll get you moving, keeping things natural and dynamic, because the best photos happen when you’re just being yourselves.
My approach? Simple. I document the day as it happens—no forced moments, no endless lineups, just real emotions and genuine memories. You enjoy your wedding, and I’ll handle the rest. Sound good? Then we’re a good fit!
